Instances have been noticed whereby Form 30 was used to make requests that were otherwise prohibited under the law. Form 30 is also being used for purposes for which forms/entries are already available in the comprehensive e-filing. Such actions may be held to be in contravention of law. It also causes mismanagement of documents within the Patent Office as the documents do not reach the corresponding division/section. In view thereof, the format of Form 30 has been re-structured to accommodate fee bearing and non-fee bearing documents as per the respective sections/rules/entry number of fee Schedules under The Patents Rules, 2003. Accordingly, the users are advised to make appropriate use of Form 30.
The CBRs for all the e-filed applications can now be downloaded immediately after successful payment by the users
The Axis Bank Corporate login in the e-filing payment gateway is temporarily unavailable due to some technical reasons.The users are advised to use other available payment options.
