New Users:

Users of Patent e-filing system can use electronic signatures (eSign service)  for registration as well as for signing the uploaded documents before submission.

A.      Electronic Signature (Esign Service) users:

1.       Using the electronic signatures (Esign Service) for registration and signing the documents is pretty much easier than digital signatures as it does not involve any kind of installation, configuration or updating of computer.

2.       In addition to above said installation benefits, electronic signatures (Esign Service) have added advantage of independence of operating system. Esign Service can be used with interoperability in windows, Apple, Linux operating systems with a number of different web browsers without any hassle.
